Shooting Incidents in NYC

This project involved leveraging a publicly available dataset, performing data cleaning using Python and the Pandas library, and utilizing Tableau to extract valuable insights. I wanted to understand where and and what time are people shot within NYC and which demographics are most at risk. The interactive dashboard can be accessed and explored on the Tableau Public website through this link.

Additionally, I also created a chord chart using the Holoview library in Python, to better understand how common interracial shootings incidents are; although it was not included in the Tableau dashboard.
